Designed in conjunction with the architectural design firm of Sustainable Structure, Inc. our partners benefit by tapping into our understanding and experience toward properly evaluating the potential of a given real estate opportunity. Renewable Energy Resources Inc selects only prime locations in Sonoma County and targets them for development with an emphasis to create the ideal engineered configuration while incorporating every aspect of renewable energy technology at the inception of design, not as an afterthought.    

This design approach provides a strong economic advantage for our real estate development partners. Our partners are able to tap into and utilize the enormous cash rebates and tax incentives that pertain specifically toward incorporating renewable technologies within the scope of real estate development. Not only does the investor receive the upfront economic benefits of cash rebates, they also get the long term benefit of having 100% of the electricity, space heating, domestic hot water and pool heating paid for during the life of the facility. These proven factors give our partners an advantage by utilizing the services, leadership and vision of Renewable Energy Resources Inc.
